WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept payments via PayPal, credit card (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay and Klarna.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We currently ship within Germany and to other EU countries. For international shipping, please contact us directly at kontakt@la-soul.de.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Within Germany:
Shipping costs €4.90. Shipping is free for orders over €59.

Shipping to other EU countries:
Shipping costs €9.90 per order.
Please note that delivery times may be longer.
WHICH SHIPPING COMPANIES DO YOU USE?
We ship with DHL and Deutsche Post – depending on the size and weight of the order.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of receiving payment. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is on its way.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link.
WHAT IF I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM OR SOMETHING IS MISSING?
